Exploring the Around the Bay Race: A Runner's Journey in Hamilton, Ontario

This year (2023) was my 10th Around the Bay Race in Hamilton, Ontario. This time, armed with my GoPro, I sought not just to participate, but to capture some of the essence of running in a long-distance race.
